Chateaux Beaucastle Very young but quite drinkable right now. The tough part is waiting until it's really mature! Chateauneuf du Pape 1990
Beringer, Knights Valley Very good. Should last another five to ten years. Cabernet Sauvignon 1993
David Bruce Very good. Nice to drink now with lighter meats. Pinot Noir 1992
Stagg's Leap, Cask 23 A keeper. Will be great in ten years. Red Proprietary Blend 1992
Silver Oak Cellar Holding it for 2000, at least. Cabernet Sauvignon 1991
Beringer, Chabot Excellent now, outstanding in about ten years. Cabernet Sauvignon 1991
Domaine Bertheau Very young. Good in fifteen to twenty years. Chambolle Musigny Premier Cru 1993
Peachy Canyon Good now, better in three more years. Merlot 1993
Domaine Tempier Very fruity. Should be good for five to ten years. Bandol 1993

Merryvale Vineyards Very dry. Great with cheeses. Sauvingnon Blanc 1994
Chateau Carbonneaux A great example. Mineral with just the right fruit. Graves 1994
