Sugar for rolling 2 cups sugar 1 cup margarine 2 eggs 1/2 cup molasses 3 1/2 cups flour 2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp ginger 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp ground cloves |
Blend margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs and , blend well. Mix all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix dry ingredients into creamed mixture a little at a time until well blended. Chill dough thoroughly. Roll dough into 1 inch balls coating each with sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes (less for softer texture) |

2 unbaked pie shells (deep dish) 2 lbs ricotta cheese 4 eggs 2 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla |
Blend eggs and cheese in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into the unbaked pie shells Bake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour. Turn off oven and let the pies rest for one hour in the warm oven. |

1 cup mayonnaise 1 jar (6 ounces) Old English cheese or Cheese Whiz Onion and/or garlic salt to taste 1/4 bottle Tabasco sauce or to taste 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp prepared mustard Raw vegetables for dipping (celery, carrots, broccoli, green peppers, cauliflower, etc.) |
Blend all ingredients well in food processor until smooth and creamy. Serve surrounded by chilled vegetables. |

1 #10 can of tomato puree 1/2 #10 can of water 1/4 cup oregano 1/4 cup dried sweet basil 1/8 cup garlic salt (to taste) 1/8 cup garlic powder or 2 cloves fresh garlic 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese 1/2 cup dry red wine salt and black pepper to taste |
Pour tomato puree and 1/2 can of water into large stew pot. Mix thoroughly. Add in remaining measured ingredients. Simmer on low heat, covered for two hours. Add remaining seasonings to taste. Serve warm over pasta or freeze for future use. (It's better the second day after simmering for another two hours!) |

1/2 gallon of your favorite commercial or homemade eggnog (non-alcoholic) 2 cups Kaluha coffee liquor Nutmeg to taste | Use the Kaluha instead of any other liquor you might normally use in the above proportion. Season/decorate with a dash of nutmeg-- Mmmmm. | |
