DISH INGREDIENTS PREPARATION
Marinated Tri Tip
1/4 cup basalmic vineger
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup oregano
1/8 cup basil
1/8 cup garlic salt
dash of black pepper
Blend marinade in large bowl
Soak 2 to 3 pound tri tip steak in marinade for 24 to 48 hours
Grill on barbeque until done to taste (30 to 40 minutes)
Roasted Peppers and Anchovies
1/2 sweet red pepper per serving
french anchovies packed in oil (not salted)
Core peppers and remove seeds
Cut peppers into 4 to 6 wedges
Fry sweet peppers in olive (or other light) oil until tender
Drain and cool peppers on towels
Serve each pepper with one anchovie accompanied by french bread
