Accomplishments: Directed the
implementation and project managed the delivery of Project Console and SoDA
version 2003 as well as the components listed as part of the Rational XDE and
Rational Suites versions 2003. Worked with various other
development departments to insure appropriate implementation and incorporation
of the common components into the Rational Suite of products. Successfully
transitioned and subsequently managed the development of SoDA
to an off-shore development and QA team in

Project Manager coordinating the product development efforts of the Quality,
Documentation and Support departments for the adapter product components.

Release 6.0 ActiveWorks integration software. Successfully transitioned existing development team to the
webMethods development organization.

Duties: Directed up to
twenty-five software engineers in the design and implementation of the cc:Mail product suite. Acted as Project Manager coordinating
the product development efforts of the Quality, Documentation and Support
departments for the cc:Mail product suite.
Accomplishments: Implemented
Release 8.0, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 8.5 cc:Mail Advanced
System Packs. Successfully maintained staff focus and
commitment and employee satisfaction while maintaining customer focus and
schedules. Supported staff activities including $5M
budget planning, organizational development and project post-mortem reviews.
Managed the closure of cc:Mail development activities
in
Lotus Development Corporation, cc:Mail, Senior Manager, Core Technologies and Tools.

Duties: Directed up to thirteen
software engineers in the design and implementation of the cc:Mail
mail engine, supporting tools, administrative program suite and customer
escalation, including database development, application programming interfaces,
conversion.
Accomplishments: Implemented
Release 6.0, 6.1 and 8.0 core applications for upgrading, maintenance of cc:Mail post offices. Successfully maintained
staff focus and commitment and employee satisfaction while maintaining customer
focus and schedules. Initiated multiple competitive
migration projects including staffing, cross-function coordination and project
planning. Supported staff activities including $16M
budget planning, organizational development and project post-mortem reviews.
Proposed and implemented the 'Customer Support Escalation Team' for critical
database issue resolution.
Xerox Corporation, XSoft,
Division Information Officer.
May 1993 - February 1995
Duties: Directed twenty-one
engineers, analysts and technicians in their database and system support of the
XSoft division's software development and financial, customer and sales
tracking activities. Participated in the management team including executive
security coordination, executive records management, tactical, strategic and
financial planning.
Accomplishments: Implemented
Oracle databases for Finance, Sales Activity, Inventory Control and Customer
Tracking. Implemented new corporate network infrastructure based on Novell's
NetWare 3.12 and Microsoft Office application suite. Managed the outsourcing of
divisional IT activities to EDS per corporate initiative.

Program Manager.

Duties: Coordinated all phases of
software product development including product planning, engineering,
documentation, quality assurance, marketing strategy and distribution channel
development for a multi-platform/multi-network document management application.
Accomplishments: Updated a

and commitment and employee satisfaction through six months of 6 day by 14 hour
work weeks.

June 1987 - April 1989
Duties: Supervised software
planning, implementation and development, SNA host network and XNS LAN
planning, training and administration, hardware and software consulting and
acquisition, facilities planning, consulting, and coordination.
Accomplishments: Supported over
650 XNS network nodes and 200 SNA terminals. Relocated 250 users to new Xerox
site, including network and system infrastructure redesign.
Xerox

Duties: Designed, developed and
implemented marketing and financial support applications. Administered
XNS LAN and SNA host networks. Performed hardware and
software evaluation.
Accomplishments: Released a
competitive analysis application for Marketing PC users. Designed
a laser printer check printing system to replace teletype check printing.
Supported over 650 XNS network nodes and 200 SNA terminals.
Migrated over 300 users to VDT devices from teletype
devices for SNA access.
